Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy explains how subscriptions work, how to cancel, and what happens to your site and data afterward. Short version: cancel whenever you want, and your work stays yours.
1. How subscriptions work
Business site. $39/month, or a $199 one-time build plus $15/month hosting. These keep your site published and hosted. They renew automatically until you cancel.
Freelancer & agency plans. Monthly or yearly subscriptions that renew until cancelled; build credits are added each cycle and roll over while active. Current plans and prices are on the pricing page.
2. How to cancel
- Open your workspace, go to the Subscription section, and choose Manage subscription → Cancel.
- Or just email us at hello@32layers.com and we’ll process it within 1 business day.
3. What happens after you cancel
Business site:
- Your subscription stays active until the end of the current paid period — you won't be charged again after that.
- At the end of the period (or if a renewal payment fails and isn't resolved), the published site is taken offline.
- Your site content is retained, not deleted. You can reactivate by subscribing again, or ask us to export it — it's yours.
- If you connected your own domain, it stays registered to you; you can point it wherever you like.
Freelancer & agency plans:
- You keep full access for the remainder of the paid period, then drop to the free tier.
- Any unused credits remain on your account — they don't expire when you cancel.
- Your sites, clients, and account data are preserved. You can resubscribe anytime.
